Standard delivery takes 2–4 working days across the EU and is complimentary on orders over €200. Below that, it costs €10.

You will receive tracking details by email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Returns and exchanges are free within 30 days of delivery. We collect from your door, and refunds are issued to the original payment method within five working days of the return reaching us.

Pieces should be unworn and unwashed, with their original tags attached.

Every product page describes its fit. Our clothing follows Italian sizing, from XS (IT 44) to XXL (IT 54). Between sizes, choose the larger one for a more relaxed fit.

• Wool and cashmere: brush after wear, rest between wears and dry clean sparingly.
• Merino knitwear: hand wash cold or use a wool cycle, then dry flat.
• Cotton shirts and jersey: wash at 30°C and iron while slightly damp.
• Leather: wipe with a dry cloth and condition two or three times a year.

Every order arrives in our signature box. Add a handwritten note by mentioning it in a message to our advisors.

FRACCINO Milano offers complimentary trouser hemming and sleeve adjustments on full-price tailoring. Most alterations are ready within three working days.
